What to Wear:
Clothing choices will depend on the weather so please check the weather forecast before you start each stage. Generally on Stage 4, mornings are cool and afternoons can be warmer. In the winter, rain coats and hats may be needed. Layers will be important. The majority of the day is spent on paved road, so good hiking shoes and poles help. A good hat and sunglasses are a must.
