The Camino de Sonoma weaves together some of Sonoma County's most remarkable landscapes, cultures, and stories. The route crosses the ancestral lands of the Coast Miwok, Wappo, Southern Pomo, and Kashia Pomo peoples while connecting historic landmarks, agricultural regions, redwood forests, river corridors, and the rugged Pacific coastline.

Pilgrims travel through communities including Sonoma, Kenwood, Santa Rosa, Sebastopol, Occidental, Jenner, and Fort Ross, experiencing the rich diversity that makes Sonoma County unique.

Every stage reveals a different side of the region, making the Camino de Sonoma a journey of discovery, learning, and appreciation for the land and its history.
