The Camino de Sonoma is a HEALING path, stretching 75 miles from The Mission in Sonoma to the Mission at Metini (commonly known as Fort Ross). The entire route takes 6 stages to complete, but you’re welcomed to walk any stage any time.

About the event

Start time location & End point: 8:30am at Glenn Ellen Village Market.  End point: Trione-Annadel State Park entrance at Lawndale (12:30pm eta - tbd group walk speed)

Estimated 7 miles and 250ft elevation gain, walking poles are not necessary.  

We’ll begin at the Glenn Ellen Village Market before traversing creeks, bridges, and backroads to find ourselves on Henno Rd for a peaceful walk amid the beauty of Sonoma Valley.  We'll connect back up to Hwy 12 via Dunbar Rd after pausing at the historic school house.  Hwy 12 will take us through Kenwood before turning onto Lawndale Park entrance and at the footsteps of Trione-Annadel State Park.

Reminder: arrange your own rides/carpools from the end point.

> Food: pack water and snacks, meals are available to purchase along the way.

> Restrooms: available in a variety of businesses along Hwy 12.

> You need to RSVP for each day you will join us. There is a 17 pilgrim limit per day.
